SPV's where there are multiple closes within the initial (first) or subsequent years.

SPV's where there are multiple closes adding new LP's to the fund.

SPV's which the management fee that requires specially allocations (side letters)

SPV that has been dissolved or filed for bankruptcy (no known distributions)

SPV that has had a IPO/ICO (crypto) without any current year distributions

SPV's that provide/require financial statements.

Funds that require GAAP to tax adjustments. Funds that have multiple state returns with income sourcing.

SPV's with special allocations of income, expenses, or ownership percentages. The allocations are NOT pro-rata.

SPV had taxes prepared in the previous year(s) by a different firm.
